Print materials for exhibition systems
For roll-ups, textile walls, beach flags, snap frames and light frames these are the print materials we offer. If you’re not sure which one to choose, write to us at sticker@sticker4y.eu – we’re happy to help.
Multilayer PET/PP film – 220 g/m²
A sturdy, stiff, non-curling multilayer PET/PP material with a matt surface. Known for excellent print quality – the most popular roll-up material. Smooth, dimensionally stable, tear- and scratch-resistant and weatherproof, so it can also be used outdoors.
A mid-range banner film with a very good print result, stiff structure and low weight. We recommend the eyeleted version for X-banners and outdoor banners.
Blockout polyester fabric – 265 g/m² (PVC-free)
Tear-resistant 100% polyester fabric with a silver back, so no light shines through. Easy to handle, high-quality banner material, fire class DIN 4102 B2 (normally flammable). If the venue requires flame-retardant material, choose the B1-rated Greyback fabric.
Its elegant textile look makes it ideal for premium roll-ups.
Polyester Greyback – 270 g/m² (PVC-free)
Tear-resistant 100% polyester fabric with a grey, opaque back. Easy to handle, high-quality print material, flame-retardant to DIN 4102 B1 – so it is safe at trade shows and events.
A striking look and a pleasant feel – for PVC-free textile roll-ups.
Symbio PVC banner – 510 g/m²
PVC banner film with a matt surface and 510 g/m². The most widely used banner material in the print industry: heavy, very durable and weatherproof. Suitable for all types of roll-up – good value and still strong.
Soft knit textile – 230 g/m²
Crease-free, soft polyester knit fabric for textile walls, tension frames and counter covers. Flame-retardant to B1, so suitable for trade shows and indoor events. Opaque – nothing shows through.
In sublimation printing the ink penetrates the fibres: vivid colours and a smooth, crease-free surface.
Beach flag fabric (polyester)
We print beach flags on flame-retardant polyester flag fabric (B1) – so they can be used safely in shops, at trade shows, events and in public spaces. Waterproof and ideal outdoors.
Single-sided: The design is visible mirror-inverted on the back. Double-sided: Reads the right way round from both sides.
ECO Wind Green – 110 g/m² (recycled)
Sublimation print on recycled flag fabric with water-based, ECO PASSPORT certified inks. The same quality as standard flag fabric, with a lower environmental impact. Flame-retardant to B1, suitable for all single-sided beach flag prints.
Backlit PP film – 275 g/m²
A robust, translucent print material with a satin surface. It diffuses the light from behind evenly, making it ideal for LED light frames and light boxes: colours and contours come into their own.
Premium poster paper – 135 g/m²
High-quality poster paper with a satin surface for snap frames and poster holders. Sharp, colour-rich printing for indoor use; the protective film of the snap frame protects against scratches.
