Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
For stickers the smallest pack is 25 pieces and the minimum order value is €22.73 incl. VAT. Signage, banners and exhibition systems can be ordered from 1 piece.
Can I order a custom quantity?
Yes, you can order any quantity between 25 and 1,200 pieces. Choose “Custom quantity” in the configurator. Above 1,200 pieces we prepare a custom quote for you.
Can I order several different designs?
Yes, add each design to the cart as a separate item.
Production and shipping
How long does production take?
Stickers: up to 200 pieces, we ship on the next working day after you approve the proof, larger quantities in 1–3 working days (express 1–2 working days). Signage and banners: 2–3 working days. How much does shipping cost?
Stickers: always free to all countries of the European Union, whatever the quantity. Signage, banners and exhibition systems: depending on parcel size and country, from €16.38 to Germany and Austria – you see the exact amount at checkout. Overview: Shipping and delivery times.
Will I see the sticker before production?
Yes, for all printed products we check your file free of charge, email you a digital proof and only start production after you approve it.
Signage, banners and exhibition systems
What do “With print”, “Frame only” and “Print only” mean?
Frame only: we supply the frame and you fit the graphic yourself. With print: we supply the frame together with your printed graphic, ready to set up. Print only: a replacement graphic for the frame you already have.
Where can I find the print template?
On the product page of the exhibition systems, the “Downloads” tab has the print template (PDF), the filling guide and the assembly instructions for every size. If you don’t have a graphic, write to us – we’ll design it for you.
What materials do you print on?
For posters we use poster paper, for roll-ups multilayer roll-up film or Symbio PVC, for light frames backlit film – these are the materials used for the prints. Textile graphics (zipper textile walls, beach flags, counters) are sublimation printed on PVC-free polyester fabric. Details: Print materials for exhibition systems.
How is the price for lettering and banners calculated?
Everything is made to measure: you enter the width, height and quantity and see the price instantly on the product page. The larger the total area, the lower the price per square metre. Example prices: Prices.
Can I get help with assembly?
Yes. On the product page you will find an assembly video in the “Video” tab and the instructions in the “Downloads” tab. Most systems can be set up in a few minutes without tools.
Can I request a quote for larger quantities or a complete trade show stand?
Yes, on the For businesses page you can request a quote – we reply within 1 working day.
Payment and invoice
How can I pay?
With PayPal: through your PayPal account or by credit card.
Can I buy without VAT as a business?
Yes. Enter your EU VAT number at checkout; with a valid number (VIES check) we issue the invoice under the reverse-charge procedure with 0% VAT. Businesses in Hungary are charged Hungarian VAT.
Do I see prices with or without VAT?
As a private customer you see prices including the VAT of your selected delivery country. Businesses can switch to net prices in the header; with a valid EU VAT number we invoice at 0% VAT under the reverse-charge procedure. You can also choose your delivery country in the header.
Quality
What happens if a sticker is faulty?
Send us a photo – if there is a production fault, we reprint free of charge.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes, all our sticker films are waterproof and suitable for outdoor use for 2–4 years.
Artwork and materials
What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers?
With a die-cut sticker we cut through both the film and the backing paper, so the sticker has exactly the shape of your design. With a kiss-cut sticker only the film is cut and the backing paper stays whole – on a sheet or single – which makes it easier to peel and cheaper.
How do I prepare my file?
Upload your artwork in the configurator (PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, PNG or JPG) and tell us in the notes where to cut. We check the file and prepare it for printing – you see the result in the proof. Details: Print files.
Can I create my own cut line?
Yes. Draw the cut line in a vector program (e.g. Illustrator) as a separate line and give it the spot colour 100 % magenta (CMYK). Leave 2 mm bleed beyond the line and keep important elements at least 2 mm inside it – this also applies to designs with a full-bleed background. If there is no cut line in the file, we create it free of charge.
Can one sticker be made of several materials?
No, one design is printed on one material. If you want several materials, add each one to the cart as a separate item.
What is the back of the sticker made of?
Siliconised backing paper, from which the sticker peels off easily.
Is there a loyalty programme?
Yes. As a registered customer we credit 5% of the net goods value of every completed order to your account. Within 6 months you can deduct the credit from your next order with one click in the cart. You can see your credit under “My account”.
When is shipping free?
For stickers always, whatever the quantity, to every EU country.
